Qualified

if any of the visa ineligibility rule or regulation
is applicable, or if any winning applicant
is not in legal status
If
eligible, husband and wife may file separately
to increase your chance
You

No

You
can enter the lottery even if you have other
family or employment-based visa petitions
currently pending
While
the registration period for DV 2007 Lottery
Program has ended on December 4, 2005, you
should prepare yourself for the next 2008
Lottery Program, so that your application
is submitted in a timely manner as soon
as the registration period for 2008 Program
begins.
The registration process through our office
is fast, efficient and cost-effective. We
carefully follow DOS instructions and guidelines,
including any procedural change(s) made
for 2008 submissions, to make sure that
all entries will be entered in the lottery
draw.
What
Difference Can We Make?
MILLIONS
OF ENTRIES ARE DISQUALIFIED DUE TO MINOR TECHNICAL
ERRORS IN APPLICATIONS.
We
will make sure that all entries are accurately
and properly prepared, and submitted within
time. Also, if your entry is selected, we
can continue to assist you in preparing
and filing your application for an immigrant
visa (i.e., green card).
Furthermore, as part of our services we
offer you an option of using our office
address as the return mailing address, at
no extra costs.
You may want to do this if you plan to move
from your current address in the near future
or if the mail service in your country is
not reliable. If you win, we will contact
you (by mail, telephone, fax, and/or e-mail).
How
Much Will It Cost?
You
may contact us after June 2006, to know
our professional fee structure and methods
of payment. However, please note that our
fee includes one free consultation. If you
win the lottery, the fees you pay now will
be credited to any future fee should you
retain our services for preparing and filing
your immigrant visa application(s).
If you have any specific questions concerning
the Diversity Lottery and your eligibility,
please contact us immediately.
