Mr. Patel is a leading expert in American Immigration and Nationality law. He was the author of Patel’s Immigration Law Digest, a five-volume digest of precedents—two volumes covering administrative precedent decisions (since 1940), and three volumes covering both judicial and administrative decisions (1981 to 1997). Originally published by Clark Boardman Callaghan in a two-volume set covering administrative decisions, but later, after CBC’s successive mergers with Lawyers Cooperative Company Ltd. and West Group, became a part of West Group publications. He is also the author of Patel’s Citations of Administrative Decisions under Immigration and Nationally Laws, a publication of Legal Research Bureau.

Mr. Patel is also the editor/compiler of: 1) The Whole Act—INA, 2) 8 CFR Plus, 3) 20/22/28 CFR Plus, and 4) Perm Rule—Part 656, all currently published by Legal Research Bureau (“LRB”), a legally assumed trade name of Kalaria Corporation. LRB is a publishing company founded by Mr. Patel in 1980. The customer-list subscribing to all LRB books include hundreds of leading immigration attorneys across the United States, many immigration offices of the US Department of Homeland Security, many US Court Judges, Law Libraries, Law Book Publishers, Foreign Student Advisors, Non-Profit Agencies, etc.
